Hi folks! Happy to share my Business Mantra. Came up with these points, being in the field 4+ years as Founder Solopreneur – KidzBuy, Online Books and Toys store.
Hope the below information would help someone who is still deciding whether to go ahead, or has just started a small business and stuck, or had already started and needs a little motivation.
Well, I’m still a learner. I believe in the simple motto – ‘Stay good, Think good and Do Good to Others’ …works MAGIC in whatever you do.This venture was purely my choice, out of my passion. And I come from a family with no business background. So, when someone like me with a dream can grow, anyone with passion and dedication to succeed can reach greater heights.
My Business Mantra as Solopreneur
Believe in Yourself, and Follow your Dreams
Never doubt yourself anytime! When you can dream, you can definitely focus and work towards achieving it through your genuine efforts. Believe!!!
Research and Learn, yet Stay Unique
Learn and be ready to try new things. Never fear to fail! I’ve learnt good lessons by failing, and this is your journey, hence remember to keep moving, learning and play it your way.
Be Dynamic, Work to improve & Build your Brand
Be creative and consistent! Know your business and customers. Always find ways to improve by trying innovative techniques. Build and Promote your brand through various channels, as you’ll have good chance to be found by potential customers.
Maintain Standards and Attain High Customer Satisfaction
Gain Customer Satisfaction through maintaining good standards in quality and service, and get etched as a Reliable brand. Be Understanding and Supportive to customer needs. This allows customers to turn as Patrons, and they also would likely recommend your brand to their circle out of love and trust.
Visualize Outcomes, and Believe in the Almighty
Plan and foresee results of your task. Believe, when God can put this seed trusting your ability, He’ll definitely guide you all the way. Trust Him for He is Loving and Wonderful to His every Creation.
Specially for Mompreneurs:
From my learning, firstly from a mom’s point would be something I’m sure every Mompreneur/working mom will go through… MOMMY GUILT!
It’s ok to have Mommy Guilt, but do think Positive about it, and feel happy for what best you are able to offer to your family with available time, and most importantly to Yourself.
This I say after a lot of thinking, because if after I had quit my teaching profession, and stayed at home doing house chores and mummying only, I wouldn’t have been happy like I’m now. What makes one happy totally varies from every individual though. Maybe I could have spent more time with my family than now, but definitely wouldn’t have been happier and satisfied. Ultimately, only when you are happy, can you keep your surrounding people happy right?
It definitely gives me immense pleasure every day when my customers send pictures or videos of their kids with our books/toys, and how it brings joy to their kids. Their trust and love, clearly boosts me more and more.
